How we got started?
At Florence Ray, we’re on a mission to help people feel more confident and improve their overall wellness. We are not just an aesthetics clinic; we are a medical practice that provides outstanding ethical care without restrictions within the NHS. We know how hard it is to navigate all of the options out there, so we’ve made it our mission to help you find what works for you.
Our founder Rachel is a prescribing nurse from an A&E background. She believes aesthetics has had a bad name for too longโand she’s ready to change that! She has gathered a team of friendly, compassionate professionals to give you the information and support you need to help you look and feel your best. We believe in giving our patients the best care possible, so we only work with practitioners who have been trained in safe practices and adhere to ethical standards.
Our main clinic is located in Milton Keynes, but we also bring our expertise around the UK so people can access the best care possible wherever they are.

What are facial fillers?
Facial fillers (otherwise known as dermal fillers) are injectable gels used to restore or add volume to the face. Fillers vary in density (thickness), which determines the area they can be used in and what theyโre designed for, whether that is to provide lift or contouring, create symmetry, fill in lines or deep folds, or enhance a particular feature such as the lips.
Fillers can be permanent or temporary. The non-permanent range of JUVรDERMยฎ fillers have durable, long-lasting results (up to 24 months, depending on the particular JUVรDERMยฎ filler and the areas treated), but your body is able to break the filler down naturally and eventually the results will fade.
Although facial fillers can be made of different ingredients, they all aim to produce a result that is seen instantly after treatment. Facial fillers may be used as an alternative to surgery, helping you to avoid invasive and expensive procedures.

Is the treatment painful?
JUVรDERMยฎ facial fillers include the anaesthetic lidocaine, which can help reduce any discomfort you may feel during treatment.
When could I expect to see results?
Results are visible shortly after treatment. Most people return to their normal routine on the day they are treated, depending on treatment received.
What are the potential side effects of treatment?
Potential side effects associated with JUVรDERMยฎ products include temporary injection-site reactions such as:
Redness
Swelling
Itching
Pain
Tingling/numbness
Firmness/bumps
Bruising
Discolouration
These reactions may occur immediately or may be delayed, and can last for up to a week. Injection in the lip may cause more swelling and bruising due to the unique physiology of this area. As with any injection, there is a risk of infection. This is not a complete list of potential side effects. If inflammatory reactions persist for more than one week, or if any other side effects develop, seek medical attention as soon as possible.
